Confit Maryland –   confit of chicken Maryland with potato roesti, Mediterranean vegetables & a creamy chicken chilli sauce.

Sirlon beef – served on roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables with a mushroom jus.

Or

Ocean Catch – Oven roasted Salmon fillet served on a spiced chat potato, green bean and spinach salad with lime aioli.

Choice of Dessert

Churros – Traditional Spanish doughnuts dipped in cinnamon sugar, served with ice cream and hot chocolate dipping sauce.

Plum Pudding – with an orange and marsala anglaise & fruit compote.
