Tapas Menu

What are Tapas?
Tapas are Spain’s greatest invention — “Eat when you drink, drink when you eat” is the philosophy. Spanish traditionally drink outside and rarely alone. Tapas are not meant to be a meal - one tapa per person and a different one with each drink is the idea, then everyone enjoys tasting and sharing. The idea comes from Andalusia: it started, so they say, with a piece of bread, soon topped with ham or cheese, balanced over a glass, to keep out the flies- the word tapa means a cover. So enjoy a tapa each, or share with your friends.
