Rules Of Engagement

1. Person undertaking the challenge is the only person allowed to consume any portion of the chosen steak.
2. The entire steak must be eaten within the appropriate time (depending on challenge), which will be timed by a Toro’s Staff member.
3. As times taken to eat will be recorded, commencement of eating will be at the direction of a Toro’s staff member.
4. The challenge will cease by either the participant finishing the steak completely, or the participant acknowledging they are unable to finish the steak completely, or will not finish the steak within the appropriate time after commencement.
5. Should the challenge be terminated at the discretion of a Toro’s staff member, the decision regarding full payment of the steak will rest solely with Toro’s Management.
6. Should the challenger be successful, the participant’s name, date and time to consume will be noted.
7. Once completed, no further attempts to gain recognition or discount can be made by contestant to for that year.
8. If unsuccessful at any attempt, further challenges can be undertaken until the challenger is successful. (Full price is paid until challenge is successful).
9. Toro’s plans to have an Annual “Eat-off”. This will consist of the 10 quickest times from both categories being invited back to compete to decide on that year’s CHAMPION!
